Our Commitment
At Global Warehouse Deal, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we are here to help. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before making a purchase.
Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:
- The item must be unused and unopened
- The item must be in its original packaging with all seals intact
- The item must not be damaged due to misuse or improper handling
- Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) must be provided
For hygiene and safety reasons, we are unable to accept returns on skincare, beauty or personal care products that have been opened, used or had their seals broken — unless the item is faulty or damaged upon arrival.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Opened or used skincare and beauty products
- Items returned after the 30-day return window
- Items that are not in their original condition or packaging
- Items damaged due to customer misuse
- Gift cards
Damaged or Faulty Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your parcel. Send us an email at shaistashamoon21@gmail.com with the following:
- Your order number
- A clear photo of the damaged or faulty item
- A brief description of the issue
We will review your claim and offer either a full replacement or a complete refund at no additional cost to you.
How to Request a Return
To start a return, please follow these steps:
- Email us at shaistashamoon21@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return
- Wait for our team to approve your return request — we will respond within 2 business days
- Once approved, we will provide you with the return address and instructions
- Ship the item back using a tracked delivery service — we recommend keeping your proof of postage
Please do not send items back without contacting us first as unapproved returns may not be processed.
Return Shipping Costs
- Faulty or damaged items: We will cover the return shipping cost
- Change of mind returns: The customer is responsible for return shipping costs
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you by email whether your refund has been approved or rejected. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5 to 7 business days back to your original payment method.
Please note that your bank or card provider may take additional time to reflect the refund in your account. If you have not received your refund after 10 business days, please contact us and we will investigate.
Exchanges
We offer exchanges for items that arrive damaged or defective. If you would like to exchange a faulty item for the same product, please contact us at shaistashamoon21@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery and we will arrange this for you.
Order Cancellations
You may cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it by contacting us immediately at shaistashamoon21@gmail.com. After 12 hours, your order may have already been processed and dispatched, in which case you will need to follow our standard return process once the item is delivered.
